Reporting directly to the Construction Director, you will play a key role in ensuring our projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all aspects of the build program, ensuring key milestones are met and effectively communicating any changes. Manage site operations, contractors, and resources efficiently. Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation and best practices. Requirements: Proven experience in a senior-level site management role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols; SMSTS qualification is essential. Solid IT skills, with the ability to effectively use site management software and tools. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
