Training:
* Ablended approach to training will be provided. The initial trainingperiod lasting approximately 3 months (depending on individualprogress) will be conducted wholly in theoffice.
* Following the trainingperiod the successful candidate will transition to a hybrid workingmodel with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home eachweek.
* The office will remainavailable for those who prefer to work there more frequently orfulltime.

MainResponsibilities:
* Developand maintain strong working relationships with clients accountspayable teams.
* Produce monthlyspreadsheets for major accounts and reconcile any discrepancieswith the client.
* Generate andforward monthly client statements asrequested.
* Issue credit notes andprocess refunds whennecessary.
* Monitor clientindebtedness collaborating with clients team leaders and theFinance Manager to prevent defaults and resolve any paymentissues.
* Provide ad hoc reports onclients as needed.
* Reconcile ownledger.
* Prepare information forauditors as required.
* Performgeneral accounts duties including data entry and cashallocation.
Requirements
IdealCandidate:
Stronganalytical skills with attention todetail.
Abilityto work independently and as part of ateam.
Proficientin Microsoft Office particularlyExcel.
Excellentcommunication skills for effective clientliaison.
Experiencein an accounts role is desirable but notessential.
