Role Summary: They are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Motion Graphics Designer to join their growing team. This role offers the chance to work on a wide variety of projects, including branded content, editorial films, corporate videos, onsite red-carpet sizzles, social activations, and PR launch assets. Main Responsibilities: Collaborate with the team to deliver industry-leading creative solutions while addressing technical or design challenges efficiently. Contribute to the post-production process with innovative ideas and execution. Design and develop 2D and 3D Motion Graphics for broadcast, digital, social, and live event platforms. Partner with Producers and Editors to conceptualize and refine new ideas. Participate in creative sessions, sharing fresh design perspectives and staying updated with the latest techniques in motion graphics. Ensure cohesive collaboration between editing, sound, and motion graphics teams. Maintain best-in-class standards for asset delivery. Continue growing your expertise in motion graphics techniques. Adhere to client brand guidelines and project deadlines, ensuring quality and compliance. Essential Skills: 3–4 years of motion graphics experience in a fast-paced agency or production environment. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop. Strong creative flair, originality, and exceptional animation, design, and typography skills. Working knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign, and experience with Cinema 4D. Strong attention to detail with an established creative identity. Ability to multitask and manage workloads efficiently under tight deadlines. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. A keen interest in video production and its technical aspects. A proactive approach to taking ownership of projects and delivering high-quality work.
