An award-winning, national Financial Planning firm in Northwich are looking for a Customer Service Representative to sit on their Investments team, supporting clients with inbound and outbound communications.
The successful applicants must be confident being on the phone, organised, have excellent attention to detail and be passionate about helping to deliver an exceptional client experience.
This role is shift work 8am 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities include:
1. Inbound and outbound client contact; email, online messaging and post
2. Dealing with enquires and queries in an efficient manner, and becoming a specialist with the online Investment portal & mobile app
3. Working closely with internal teams within the business
4. Creating rapport with clients
The ideal applicant will have:
5. Experience in a customer facing role, preferably within the Financial Services sector
6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
8. Experience of outbound calling
9. An understanding of savings and investments is desirable
