The Business Manager should ensure the General Counsel and Chief Regulatory Officer and their leadership teams have the content, data and insight required to operate in a fast changing, complex and dynamic environment. The role holder will be required to have oversight of the different areas within the Function and ensure that there is strong alignment across the full team and the wider business and its parent company.
This is a varied role which will include creation of relevant documentation for meetings relating to the function, and the wider Liberty Global / Telefonica group functions, you will lead governance of Function’s overall budget, and ensure the GC and the budget representatives within the Function have good insight for decision making.
The role is pivotal in providing insights into strategy for the team and how this is perceived throughout the function, working with internal comms to achieve a seamless and coherent message.
The key part is being a trusted confident and being involved in projects as they arise.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
1. Proven experience of working with senior partners up to exec level, working collaboratively with key interfaces and both internally and externally.
2. Proven experience of understanding, analysing and coordinating complex strategic and operational programs and translate this to the rest of the organisation.
3. Experience of coordinating strategic initiatives, with a creative and collaborative approach to complex problem solving.
4. Strong numeracy or budgeting skill.
