We are looking to recruit a Project Manager, on 9-month contract, based in Leatherhead, Surrey.

Project Overview
This LNG Project involves the development, design, construction and commissioning of a multi-billion USD LNG plant to supplement the existing LNG facilities in Oman. The plant will consist of a new liquefaction Train, new utilities, new LNG Tank, new LNG jetty, power import and distribution to T4 only and a large amount of tie ins to the existing facilities.
Purpose of the Role
To provide Senior Project Engineering Support to the Project Director and more broadly to the Project team responsible for delivering of the FEED package which includes development t of LLI, ITT for the EPC scope, external interfaces to the plant, Permits, coordination with some additional contractors for Geotech and marine design.
Accountabilities will be detailed with the successful candidate and will encompass maintaining an overview of project quantities, maintain team action lists and consolidated overview of various list like Hazop closure etc. to closure as precondition to stating new activities. Acts as a focal point for the project MOC process to assure changes to design freeze, new asset MOCs, etc are screened and decision implement and or reject is well documented.
Runs and maintains as needed key project execution processes like
* Disciple Authority Matrix
* PCAP (Project Control Activities Plan)
* IPA benchmarking, both self-assessment at discrete stages and IPA benchmarking
* T3 LL incorporation in ITT and FEED documents
* Organizing material for critical stakeholders sessions
* Records and archives decision quality notes and supports development of clear auditable support for key decisions
* Arrange external reviews as required Value Assurance Reviews, Independent Technical Reviews, Estimate Assurance Review, etc
* Internal reporting
Requirements
* Engineering degree, 7+ years of project engineering experience in O&G projects preferably working in multi-cultural environments.
* To be very well organised and possess excellent communication and coordination skills
* A skill level is required for all common Microsoft applications, Assai and document control, preferred knowledge on the use of power Bi
