Role: Sales Development Leader Product: AI Accounts Payable Software Team size: 9 SDR's London Based: Hybrid 2/3 days in office Package: £100,000 (70/30 split) What you’ll be doing: Responsible for the day-to-day activities of your team, ensuring SDR’s deliver on their monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Report performance and key KPIs to leadership. Driving the pipeline with strong outbound initiatives alongside the sales, marketing and partnership teams. Prepare and agree on individual action plans and targets for all SDR’s, including support with sales and activity planning. Train the SDR Team - product training, pitching, selling skills and negotiating tough conversations. Identify, research, design, and implement new sales strategies, methodologies, and processes to improve conversion rate performance through inbound and outbound lead generation. What you’ll bring: A proven track record of leading B2B SaaS SDR teams focusing on the Enterprise market. Experience in developing and implementing robust onboarding and coaching programs. A positive and resilient mindset. Strong analytic skills and experience with Hubspot, Outreach & data platforms Excellent communication and collaboration skills A deep understanding of outbound processes and frameworks.
