Description
1. Accurately process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
2. Perform reconciliations of supplier accounts.
3. Resolve invoice discrepancies effectively.
4. Ensure purchase order, invoice, and payment details match.
5. Assist in month-end reporting and audits.
6. Maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information.
Profile
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
1. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software.
3. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
4. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
