How you'll make an impact
Reporting to the Accounts Department Manager, the key responsibilities of the Credit Analyst include:
Producing a suite of weekly and monthly reports for senior management and team KPI tracking.
Analysing data to proactively identify and implement policy and process improvements.
Collaborating with various government agencies to ensure customer records are accurate and up to date.
Maintaining ledgers by identifying and implementing bulk cleanup activities.
Working closely with third parties to reconcile agreements after a break in payment to determine the cause.
Managing split debt between customers and agencies.
Creating monthly lists of live agreements.
Building reports from the database and conducting thorough analysis.
Confidently identifying and correcting errors using tools such as VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.

What you'll get in return
Salary : £33,000 to £35,000
Study Support : Available
Holiday : 28 days (with the option to buy or sell 2 days)
Pension : 15% non-contributory
