Role OverviewYou will assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of health and safety systems, policies and procedures across the Northwood Group Companies.
Responsibilities for this role include:
HS performance reporting and analytics – Management information for reviews
Coordinate central H&S activities and administrator for all digital systems
Overseeing the H&S document library and manage records and forms that come into the department.
Being the custodian of the central HS and vendor portals to ensure users are live
Claims administration and data collection
Assessing training requirements, selecting vendors and arranging central training activities
Quotes and invoicing for central purchasing and financial governance
Central OH services admin and point of contact for service level agreement
Submission of safety data to external bodies
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding health and safety inquiries, providing guidance and support as needed
Maintenance and improvement of HS Intranet content
