Proven experience in HR within the educational sector.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, responsible for supporting various facets of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, absence management, and performance management. Working closely with senior HR staff and administrators, you will play a key role in resolving HR issues, assisting managers, and ensuring the smooth operation of HR services across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality advice and support to managers and staff on all HR-related matters.
Support the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, employee relations, and absence management.
Maintain HR systems, generate employment contracts, and manage payroll instructions.
