Our Public Sector Client currently seeks a Full-Time Temporary ongoing Team Secretary based in Lisburn
This is an ongoing temporary position
Hours of work Mon-Fri 9.00am- 5.00pm (37.5hours per week)
Rate of pay £11.67 per hour
The ideal candidate would need to be highly organised and the use databases would be essential. Knowledge or use of the HSCNI new Epic system would also be advantageous.
Duties include
1. Provide an efficient and effective secretarial and administrative service to Mental Health Professional staff.
2. Undertake a range of admin support duties including maintenance and ordering of stock/non stock items, photocopying, filing, provision of typing and admin support to the team.
3. Word processing/producing reports.
4.Act as point of contact between service users, carers, staff and external agencies to ensure a full and efficient service.
5. Make and receive telephone calls and take appropriate action.
6. Maintain records both manual and computerised in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with local policies and procedures.
Essential Criteria:
1. 4 GCSE’s Grades A-C to include English Language (or equivalent
2. Qualification) plus 1year’s Secretarial /admin /clerical experience.
OR
3. NVQ Level 2 in Administration (or equivalent qualification) plus 1 year’s secretarial /admin /clerical experience.
OR
4. Must have experience as Admin within the NHS
5. RSA/OCR Stage II Text Processing Part I and Part II (or equivalent/ above qualification).
OR
6. 1 year’s word processing experience, to include typing and formatting of reports and letters.
7. Experience in using Microsoft packages to include WORD, EXCEL, and
OUTLOOK..
