Responsibilities
* Assistthe SENDCo in managing and developing the schools SENprovision.
* Support the implementation ofindividual education plans (IEPs) and ensure effective monitoringof student progress.
* Collaborate with teachersparents and external agencies to provide tailored support forstudents with SEN.
* Help lead training sessionsand workshops for staff on SEN best practices andstrategies.
* Monitor the effectiveness of SENinterventions and suggest improvements asnecessary.
* Foster a positive and inclusivelearning environment for allstudents.
ExperienceandQualifications
* Experienceworking with children with special educational needs preferably inan educational setting.
* A background inteaching or support roles with a genuine passion for SENeducation.
* Strong leadership and organizationalskills with the ability to manage multiple taskseffectively.
* Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills enabling collaboration with a diverse range ofstakeholders.
* A clear DBS check and the legalright to work in theUK.
