Your Role:
You will be the thrilling first point of contact for internal and external candidates as an apprentice in the recruitment consultant role, you will be at the forefront of making their journey with Anchor incredible. Your responsibilities are diverse and exciting:
Mastering MyRecruit ATS: You will become an expert in the MyRecruit Application Tracking System and support our internal customers optimise its usage.
Support End to End Recruitment Campaigns: get ready to shortlist, and select top-notch talent, both internal and external, to drive our service excellent.
Professional Relationships: You will build and maintain respectful relationships with colleagues, ensuring a seamless candidate experience through email and phone communication.
Compliance Champion: Support hiring managers in conducting identity, right-to-work, home office, and Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) checks for candidates, ensuring full compliance.
Exciting Progress Updates: Keep hiring managers in the loop with regular updates on candidate progress throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey.
Your Learning Journey: In addition to your daily responsibilities, you will actively participate in Anchor New Talent Apprenticeship Program. Take charge of your personal development, meet training milestones, and grow into a recruitment expert under the guidance of our Recruitment Manager, Care, and Resourcing Specialists.
Expand Your Knowledge and Skills: Our apprenticeship program offer a wealth of opportunities to build knowledge and expertise.
Learn the ropes of Recruitment and Onboarding function: master systems, equipment, processes, and procedures that drive our department. Become proficient in Microsoft office and specialist software. Enhance your communication skills, develop your computer literacy.
Experience and Qualifications: Whilst experience is a bonus, it is not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm and eagerness to learn and succeed.
Full support will be given by the team and our Talent Team, with regular meetings with our training provider.
