Roles and Responsibilities:
OVERVIEW
1. Supporting the HR team with all administrative duties including filing, note taking, compiling contracts, letters and data.
2. Provide support and guidance to managers and HOD across all HR aspects and directing them to the relevant policies and processes or escalating for more complex queries.
3. Provide the connection with the Payroll department for changes and processing starters and leavers.
4. Processing starters and leavers follow internal procedures.
5. Support with the recruitment process across the business for both permanent and casual workforce.
6. Maintain HR data ensuring it is kept up to date when information is changed.
7. Proactively liaise with Managers, Head of Departments and Directors in obtaining employees compliance documentation such as induction plans, probation reviews, PIP documentation etc.
8. Any other reasonable tasks required by the HR Advisor or Head of Human Resources.
Qualifications
9. A basic understanding of Employment Law (Essential).
10. Educated to GCSE level and achieved Grades of C and above in Maths and English (or equivalent) (Essential).
11. A minimum of 12 months in a previous HR role (Essential).
12. Recruitment experience (Desirable).
13. Qualified in HR Assistant/Support Level 3 (Desirable).
14. CIPD Registered (Desirable).
