45 Hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday with Saturday rota working from 05:00 - 14:30
We’re currently looking for a Stock and Inventory Investigator to join us in our Warrington Depot. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for a role with lots of variety which consists of counting stock and recording any discrepancies identified across the warehouse and office environment.
As Stock and Inventory Investigator you will be required to cross reference customer accounts, process credits where required and check stock dates. Follow and uphold SOX compliance. Monitoring the end to end management of returns from customers, live investigations work from pick shorts. Key hours are Monday to Friday day shift with flexibility to support on a adhoc Saturday rota on a specialised shift whereby additional training will be provided. Once you are up to the required standard, it could be as little as 1 in every 6 weeks.
To join us as a Stock and Inventory Investigator, you will ideally have some experience working in a similar role. You’ll be welcomed by a friendly stock team and key to success will be clear communication skills and ability to build and maintain great working relationships with colleagues. You’ll need an eye for detail to maintain high levels of accuracy as well as the ability to organise your own work effectively. You'll require good IT skills and be comfortable learning new software packages. It would be advantageous if you have former FLT trucks experience, training can be provided from our in house team if required. Above all you will be customer focused and be willing to learn.
