Pension Administrator - Temporary for 3 Months
Are you a strong Administrator, looking to work for a well-established company with an immediate start?
This is an exciting new opportunity for a full time Pension Administrator to join a company based in Colchester on a temporary basis. Hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week and will pay a salary between £12-£12.50 per hour. This role offers hybrid working (2 days in the office and 3 days working from home).
Duties will include but not be limited to:
* Being the point of contact for enquiries via email or telephone for employees regarding benefits and pensions
* Supporting with all the administration, such as updating letters and forms regarding pensions and benefit schemes
* Working with payroll providers to resolve any issues
* Contacting external payroll providers as necessary to raise and manage complaints
* Compiling data and creating spreadsheet reports using Excel and ensuring these are up-to-date
* Attending meetings when required
* Monitoring applications and online benefits and liaising with online benefit providers regarding issues
* Providing support to the People Services team with payroll processing
* Supporting with general office duties such as post/franking letters, filing, scanning, photo copying, etc.
* Remaining up to date with NHS and external Pension changes including any changes to T's & C's
