JRRL are looking for an HR Manager that will play a pivotal role in the shaping of our client’s workplace culture and support their employees. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
The role will oversee various HR Functions including, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development and compliance with Employment Law.
Responsibilities for the HR Manager
1. Provide HR support, ER advice, and guidance on conduct and performance issues
2. Be the first point of call for employees, providing them with training and development information, career opportunities and employee wellbeing
3. Develop, implement and update HR policies and procedures
4. Manage the recruitment process including, liaising with departments to develop job descriptions, supporting the interview process and inducting new employees
5. Foster a positive culture and address employee concerns in a timely manner
6. Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance to managers and employees
7. Ensure compliance with Employment Laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practice
8. Prepare and analyse HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making
