The RoleNigel Wright is partnering with a dynamic business in Newcastle City Centre seeking a motivated graduate to join their team as an IT Administrator. The role will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of our tech infrastructure administration.Duties:
* Managing and procuring licenses, IT equipment and other necessary items
* Collaboration with the finance team and our finance system, Workday, to manage purchases against the IT budget and issue POs
* Track shipments and liaise with our third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery and use initiative in finding alternate solutions in the event of delays
* Managing scheduling within the IT team and carrying out other administrative tasks
* Assist in tracking and coordinating activities between the BA, Facilities, Facilities, and IT teams
