Are you an experienced building services maintenance engineer who has strong mechanical and electrical maintenance competencies? We are looking to speak with you! I have partnered with multiple leading FM maintenance service providers who are actively recruiting skilled staff for their teams across London.
Duties
1. Planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance of site plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems
2. Plumbing, Taps, Valves, Water Treatment, Tap Temperatures, Toilets, Pipes, Leaks
3. Single and three phase power, generator readings, emergency light testing, fire alarm testing
4. Minor electrical - changing sockets, rewiring, fault finding
5. Legionella awareness
6. Maintenance on AHUs/FCUs/split AC systems
7. Plant room checks
8. General fabric maintenance when needed
9. Logging all works carried out using online logging tool
10. Supporting wider shift team with larger maintenance works
11. Liaising and escorting subcontractors around the site
12. Building/maintaining good relationship with end client and building/facility manager
Requirements
13. City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing & Heating
14. 18th Edition
15. Building services maintenance experience (2 years +)
16. Able to communicate well on emails and face to face
Salary & benefits
17. £44,000 - £47,000 per annum
18. 25 days holiday entitlement + 8 days bank holiday
19. Overtime available at 1.5x standard rate, 2x for Sundays and bank holidays
