Main purpose of role:
To support Nottinghamshire Police by engaging with members of the public who have had contact with the force, in order to provide data for performance indicators and management information, to meet local and national standards. This will help shape the way we deliver the service in the future.
Key skills and experience required:
You will be experienced in customer care or telephone surveys and have the ability to use initiative in managing a workload. Effective verbal communication skills while accurately recording data are essential. The ability to engage with victims of crimes (such as domestic abuse, hate crime, violent crime) over the telephone in a sensitive and professional manner is crucial to the role.
