We are now looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As our Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of our digital services.
Specifically, you will ensure services meet business objectives whilst maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and ensure new and existing service processes follow established acceptance routes.
Ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our IT services, you will implement IT service management strategies, policies and procedures, monitor service levels, identify areas for improvement and address issues.
Additionally, you will:
- Oversee the resolution of IT incidents and problems
- Develop and present regular performance and MI reports and dashboards
- Ensure change management procedures are followed
- Collaborate with third-party suppliers to resolve issues and improve service delivery
About You
To be considered as our Service Delivery Manager, you will need:
- Experience in IT service delivery management
- Proficient knowledge of IT service management frameworks, processes and best practices
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in IT service delivery
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation Certificate or willingness to work towards qualification
Please note, you will be required to work out of hours on an on-call rota, covering weekdays and weekends, for which youll receive an out of hours payment.
