Key Responsibilities:
* Organizing and setting up health and safety training for all staff
* Keeping track of training records
* Welcoming and inducting new team members.
* Handling requests for safety gear
* Gathering and reviewing safety documents to check how well they’re working.
* Going over risk assessments and method statements
* Updating and reviewing our health and safety policies
* Keeping and sharing related company records
* Running internal quality and environmental audits
* Managing Occupational Health screenings across the company
* Performing internal fire alarm checks
* Conducting legionella testing around the site
* Meeting and collaborating with external contractors (like waste management and insurance visits)
* Creating monthly quality reports for department heads
* Carrying out DSE assessments across the business
* Tackling small ad hoc projects related to the role as needed.
