Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Operational Support Assistant within Care Service’s Operational Support Team, where you will report to the Operational Support Team Leader. This position is predominantly a customer focused, call handling service, where you will deal with a variety of telephone enquiries in relation to Customer Service, Home Care service provision and be a point of contact for home care team. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining bespoke IT system records and liaising with both internal and external bodies, ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times. The successful applicant will also be required to liaise with Care Services Home Care Co-ordinators regarding urgent service user reports, in addition, you will follow clearly defined processes and procedures. We are seeking a confident, friendly, and enthusiastic individual who is able to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external customers. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, along with: A solid understanding of IT systems and proficiency in relevant software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) are essential The ability to provide exceptional customer service and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Additional Information: Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to work on Public Holidays.
