Responsibilities include:
Providing advice across all aspects of the PRA/FCA Handbooks and the impact and implication of Lloyd’s Acts, Byelaws, Bulletins, Guidance and Oversight Principles;
Ensuring TOBAS are in place with all required intermediaries
Drafting, updating and implementing policies and procedures to ensure and evidence compliance with current legal and regulatory requirements;
To attend and actively participate in various governance bodies (Management Groups) on a quarterly basis and to act as Secretary to Groups as required.
To assist on some regulatory projects as delegated by the Compliance Officer/Head of Compliance and other members of the Senior Management team with support from the Head of Compliance and Senior Compliance Analyst.
To assist in the selection of RegTech compliance solutions / new Client Screening solutions in order for the team to adopt new technologies to assist in improving the efficiency of the team.
Board Pack production process from agenda setting to distribution using VBR software;
Maintaining the SharePoint document library for Solvency II Policies and Procedures requiring Board approval.
