We're working on a number of different TA roles within these schools so whether you're looking for full-time or part-time - we should be able to help!
In regards to experience, due to the needs of the students in these schools, it is vital that you have experience of SEND/SEMH in some capacity. To be a success in these schools you must be adaptable, patient, proactive and confident in dealing with challenging behaviour.
