Our client is looking to recruit a customer support coordinator, this is a fully office-based role working within an engaging team. Due to busy work loads the client is looking for someone to start asap and will be on a temp to perm basis
Job Overview:Within this role you will be responsible for building long-lasting relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and maximising customer satisfaction while realising the full benefits of our service provisions.
Responsibilities:Be the first line of contact for all customer queries and requests.Effectively present and discuss the company brand to existing and potential customers, conveying an image of quality, integrity, and understanding of customer needs.Be an integral part of the internal team managing the workflow to meet customer deadlines.Address customer questions, complaints, and concerns immediately and facilitate a satisfactory resolution.Produce and review quotations and other documentation for accuracy before submitting to the customer.Contact external suppliers to facilitate outsourcing when required, sourcing the most time-efficient and cost-effective solutions.Communicate effectively with internal departments such as the Laboratory, Logistics, UK Sales, etc., to ensure all customer objectives are met and all potential sales avenues are explored.Reach out to old or lapsed customers to explore opportunities for regaining business.
