In this role you will play a crucial position in ensuringthe residents receive the outstanding clinical care and supportthey deserve. Your day will be filled with using your clinicalknowledge and people management and leadership skills you willelevate the standards in relationshipcentered care clinical careand dementia care. Daily you will:
* Take responsibility for the wellbeing of theresidents making sure their physical emotional and social needs aremet.
* Using your clinical skills to providesupport to the residents and guidance to the carestaff.
* Produce individualised care plans anddetailed risk assessments with an understanding of regulatoryframeworks.
* Monitoring practices and work areasto ensure they are safe and conform to the relevant standardspolicies and legislation.
* Guiding supportingteaching and mentoring others in line with the NMC Code andfollowing its guidance at all times.
We are seeking an individualwith:
* Current andunrestricted NMC Registration ideally with experience leading ateam of carers
* Passionate about deliveringhighquality levels of care and support.
* Abilityto provide care with compassion andempathy.
* Awareness and understanding of theCQC/RQIA National Care Standards
* Live close to/ can commute daily to Crawley West Sussex
