By promoting soil health, improving water quality, and enhancing biodiversity at scale, you'll help us drive impactful change while providing comprehensive reporting to customers and industry bodies.

Key Responsibilities
1. Supporting the Sustainable Agriculture Manager and Agriculture team in managing customer-aligned producer groups.
2. Overseeing submission of monthly Health & Welfare KPI reports for customers.
3. Collecting and analysing data for sustainability projects.
4. Assisting in the rollout of sustainable agriculture initiatives across our supply base.
5. Managing our farm compliance database, ensuring adherence to independent and customer farm assurance standards.
6. Representing Cranswick at conferences, discussion groups, and industry meetings focused on pig, poultry, and sustainability sectors.
7. Organising and collecting data for Aligned Producer Groups.
8. Preparing presentations for customers and internal/external stakeholders.
9. Providing administrative support to the UK Agri Supply Chain Manager.
What You'll Bring
1. A strong background in agriculture or sustainability, with a degree in a related field being advantageous but not essential.
2. Experience in arable farming would be beneficial.
3. Excellent data management and organisational skills.
4. A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
5. Confidence in presenting to internal teams and external partners.
6. A passion for advancing sustainable practices within agriculture.
