Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Receptionist for our corporate client in Winnersh.
Start Date: 10th December
Working days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
Duration: 3 months with possibility of extension
Pay rate: £12ph
Hours: 8:30-5
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals
* Answering phone calls, taking messages, and forwarding calls to the appropriate recipients
* Managing the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times
* Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
* Providing general assistance and information to clients and visitors
* General administrative duties
The ideal candidate will have/be:
* Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* A friendly and approachable attitude
