Salary : £26339.04 per annum rising to £26994.24 after a successful 3-month probation period.

The Role:
\n
We\nhave a number of opportunities for Production Operatives to join the friendly\nteam at our Leominster factory. The job entails carrying out a variety of\nfactory skills safely and efficiently, using complex equipment to ensure\nproduction is maintained to the highest level. The role of Production Operative\nis wide-ranging and offers a great deal of variety with full training - you\nwill be trained to operate the line (packing or process) complete daily\nroutines, perform checks and report defects.
\n
\n
The working hours for\nthe role are 4 on 4 off days and nights. 12-hour shifts 6-6. This means\nyou will work 4 dayshifts (6am-6pm), 4 days off and then 4 nightshifts\n(6pm-6am). Due to our idyllic, rural location, you will need your own\ntransport

The ideal candidate will have:
\n
* Previous experience within manufacturing or the food industry (highly desirable)
* Level 2 in Food Safety for Manufacturing (desirable, although bespoke training is provided)
* A good standard of literacy and numeracy in English
* The ability to take ownership and accountability
* The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
* Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative
* The ability to work independently as well as within a team
