This is a part time role, working 25 hours per week.
The HR Administration and Volunteer Coordinator role sits within the People and Culture Division of RBLI and reports to the Employee Engagement & Volunteering Manager.
This role will provide a high quality and effective HR administration service to the organisation and will work closely with the Employee Engagement & Volunteering Manager to develop and maintain an active volunteer programme which fully supports the activities of the charity. The role will work with managers to identify volunteering opportunities across RBLI that are meaningful and enhance the charity’s activities.
