Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide support to students with a variety of special educational needs, including PMLD, complex medical conditions, and autism, aiding their learning and development.
2. Assist students in both classroom and community settings to help them achieve their educational and personal goals.
3. Promote an inclusive environment that fosters equality, respect, and positive learning experiences.
4. Encourage independence and facilitate students' social and emotional growth through engaging activities.
5. Work closely with teachers and other professionals to deliver personalised support, including personal care and physical interventions when required.

6. Is passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs in their educational journey.
7. Is patient, proactive, and determined to help students overcome barriers to learning.
8. Is creative, adaptable, and solution-focused when facing challenges.
9. Has strong communication skills, particularly with students who have specific communication needs.
10. Is committed to safeguarding and promoting student well-being.
11. Holds a Level 2 qualification in Maths and English (or equivalent).
12. Is eager to pursue further training and qualifications, which will be fully funded by us.
