Job Title: Production Engineer
Location: Cherwell (Oxfordshire) - Site Based role
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (8am - 4pm)
Contract: 12 Months
SRG are currently searching for an Production Engineer to join a Manufacturing Client based in Cherwell (Oxfordshire) on a 12 month contract. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience with increasing productivity and eliminating losses within a fast-paced manufacturing environments.

1. Engineering Qualification, ideally in Mechanical Engineering
2. Recent experience working in a production and packaging environment
3. Recent proven experience implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
