Package
Salary £32,000 to £35,000 depending on experience

What’s involved?
As Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for the overall front office operations to ensure and maintain high standards at all times. You will ensure regular guests and VIPs are recognised, maximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote the hotel services as well as facilities. You will recruit, train and lead a team to ensure knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies is continuously adhered to as per company standards.
We are looking for a ‘Can Do’ attitude and ideally someone from a previous Front Office Supervisory or Management background who has proven experience of leadership, whilst an understanding of working in a branded property. This is a busy property, so ideally someone from a similar background of medium to large hotel is preferred and ONQ systems would be advantageous.
