They are looking for a part time employment solicitor.
In this role you will be working closely with the litigation team, managing a variety of contentious employment law matters. The successful candidate will be an experienced solicitor with a passion for employment law, particularly in the areas of disputes and litigation.
Duties:
* Advising mainly employee clients on employment law matters such as settlement agreements and unfair dismissal claims.
* Keeping up to date with all legal and regulatory developments.
* Observing the SRA's Code of Conduct for Solicitors and maintaining appropriate standards of professional conduct.
* Keeping up to date with employment law.
* Time recording & billing to target.
Desired Skills:
1. Qualified solicitor with experience in contentious employment law (minimum 3 years PQE preferred).
2. Possess a strong background in Employment law, including court and tribunal work.
3. Be a team player and able to manage a caseload independently.
