Our Client situated in the Scottish Borders is currently seeking an Office Manager due to a recent promotion within their business.
Salary - £35,000 to £40,000 based on experience
Benefits - 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays / Strong Pension Contribution / Company days out and more!
Hours - 35 hours a week
Role Responsibilities -
* Oversight of day-to-day operations of the office
* Leading the Office Team
* Administrative support
* Schedule office meetings
* Lead, train and supervise staff
* Analyse operational data and reports to identify trends and implement strategic improvements in office efficiency
* Sales and servicing of customers when required
* Ensuring compliance in line with FCA Regulatory and company's requirements
Skills & Experience required -
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Be willing to learn and be enthusiastic
* Proven experience of managing a team is essential
* Strong IT skills and ideally Microsoft systems.
* Be able to problem solve, use own initiative and judgement
