Your new role As an experienced site manager, you will initially oversee an affordable homes project near Ely. Your key responsibilities will include: Manage day to day operations on the construction site Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports Resolve any issues or delays that may arise Maintain high standards and quality control Foster a positive and productive work environment What you'll need to succeed You will have proven experience as a Site Manager on residential/ affordable housing builds.
