Duties:
* Deliver Outstanding Service: Lead the team in providing exceptional support to our savings customers and collaborating with other savings teams.
* Inspire and Motivate: Create an engaging team environment where open communication and mutual respect are encouraged.
* Drive Excellence: Help the team meet and exceed customer expectations while adapting to industry changes.
* Champion Development: Conduct monthly 1:1s, identify training needs, and develop tailored training plans.
* Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Branch Team Leaders to create a united team.
* Manage Performance: Track team metrics, identify risks, and proactively present solutions.
* Ensure Compliance: Maintain high standards by ensuring all regulatory obligations are met.
