The Role
We are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our consultancy to facilitate the growth of our business. In the first instance you will be assigned to a project we have covering the Suffolk area or work from the office assisting in various projects from our HQ. The projects will be in the civils space and likely with Tier 1 Main Contractors. Flexible working will be possible, but this will change from project to project subject to the clients wishes.
Responsibilities
* Civils sector experience preferable
* Desire to work in a hybrid role
* Full UK driving licence
* NEC experience
* Consultancy experience desired but certainly not essential
* Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
* Understanding of tendering and procurement processes would a great asset
* Presentable and articulate
* Excellent organiser with proven time management skills
* Commercial acumen
* Work winning attitude
