Job Description
* Leading and developing the accounting and finance team
* Overseeing financial planning and strategy
* Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
* Managing financial reporting and analysis
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Implementing financial systems and processes
* Collaborating with senior management on financial decision-making
* Managing the organisation's budget and financial sustainability

The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
* A recognised qualification in accounting or a related field
* Proven experience in a finance role within the not for profit and charities sector
* Strong leadership skills and experience leading a team
* Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
* Knowledge of financial regulations and standards
* Excellent strategic planning and decision-making abilities
