The HR Specialist team is a small group of professional HR individuals providing a discreet range of complex HR services.
Operating flexibly and embracing hybrid working, the team meets up once or twice weekly in the office to share best practice and discuss issues. The leaders and managers work collaboratively with the team to foster a positive, supportive yet hard-working culture. You will need a ‘push up your sleeves’ working style and be comfortable in a high-pressure environment with all the challenges the unpredictably of the role will bring.
To do this role well you will need :
• Maths and English GCSE, grade A-C or equivalent experience
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills with the ability to interpret MI
• Adept at problem solving and comfortable working to deadlines
• Ability to influence stakeholders and colleagues of all levels
• Computer literate including MS Office with expertise in Excel
• High level of attention to detail

Things you need to know

UKSBS does not hold a Home Office Sponsor Licence under the UK Immigration System, therefore applicants must have eligibility to live and work in the UK at application stage.
Working pattern
You can work with us on a full time or part time basis with flexible start and finish times to meet our business needs, the core working hours are 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.
In return for your skills and experience, we offer flexible and hybrid working arrangements. Eligibility and the degree of home working will vary depending on the requirements of the role, further details will be discussed if an offer is made.
