Robert Half Talent Solution are seeking an experienced Pensions Administrator to join a Neath based organisation on a Temporary basis until June 30th, with the possibility of extension.
Role Overview: Your primary focus will be on ensuring the accurate and timely processing of pension-related documents.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process pension contributions, withdrawals, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
2. Maintain up-to-date records and databases related to pension scheme members.
3. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from scheme members, retirees, and internal stakeholders.
4. Assist with the preparation of pension communications and documentation.
5. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
6. Adhere to relevant regulations and compliance standards in pension administration.
Requirements:
7. Previous experience in pension administration.
8. Previous experience in pension administration within the Education sector, particularly Teachers Pensions Scheme / submitting MCR returns will be highly regarded
9. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
10. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
11. Knowledge of pension regulations and legislation (desirable but not essential).
