As a Marketing Administrator, you will assist the marketing and content team with administrative tasks, be responsible for coordinating marketing and content campaigns and managing the marketing and events databases. You will produce presentations for internal and external use, coordinate the portals and credit systems for all key events, monitor and report on marketing activities, and analyse market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities: Provide Administrative Support: Assist the marketing and content team with administrative tasks and implement creative strategies. Coordinate Marketing Campaigns and Activities: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy. Manage Marketing Databases and CRM Systems: Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Conduct Market Research and Analyse Trends: Perform market research, including competitor analysis, to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Develop and Maintain Marketing Analytics and Performance Metrics: Track and analyse marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Manage and Edit Marketing Materials: Create and edit marketing materials, including event presentations, credits, and exhibitor portals including insurance material for external parties. Assist in the Production of Creative Marketing Collateral: Support the creation of engaging marketing content, print and digital collateral. Monitor and Report on Marketing Activities: Track marketing activities and report on their outcomes. Coordinate Budgets and Invoices: Support the head of marketing to ensure all Assisting with creative briefings to the graphic designer and external parties. Image Sourcing and Organisation: Assist in sourcing and organising images from showrooms for new collections and products for digital marketing campaigns. Job Ads Management: Oversee job advertisements, including publishing, awaiting payment confirmation from finance, removing ads once positions are filled, and updating descriptions as needed. Showroom Follow-ups: Follow up with showrooms twice a year to update their listings for online platforms and The Guide, ensuring information is current and resending login details when necessary. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's Degree: In marketing, communications, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years in marketing or a related field. Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and project management skills. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and use of a CRM system. Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
