Parts Advisor Vacancy!
My client is a family-run business who are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor for their busy Aftersales department.
What we are looking for:
1. A customer-focused individual who enjoys interacting with clients
2. Has attention to detail and is organized
3. Enjoys being part of a team
4. Parts Experience is preferable but not essential as training will be provided
5. Knowledge of automotive parts would be desirable
6. Kerridge/ADP/DMS experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
The Role:
7. Serve walk-in customers, answer the phone and liaise on email
8. Take orders from customers and supply parts to the workshop
9. Source and allocate parts
10. Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure the best possible service is being achieved
11. Monitor Stock
12. Help with stock-take when required

Salary: £27k basic plus Bonus
Working pattern: Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm plus 1 Saturday in 4
