Up to £29000 per annum + Annual Leave, Pension + more
Hours: 40 hours per week (including some weekends, evenings, and bank holidays)
Salary: £29,000 Plus overtime if required

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Case Manager to join their team. This role requires a compassionate individual who can serve as a positive role model for both parents and children, fostering meaningful relationships and attachments. You will be responsible for managing a defined caseload of families, providing support and guidance throughout the assessment process, and ensuring the safe and efficient running of the residential facility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in delivering the Centre's objectives and maintaining compliance with National Minimum Standards.
* Oversee the management of a caseload, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
* Complete weekly summary reports for assigned families and direct staff on key work sessions.
* Liaise with Local Authorities, Guardians, and Independent Social Workers to develop and implement assessment plans.
* Manage the physical, financial, and human resources of the facility effectively, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
* Participate in the on-call rota, always supporting the smooth operation of the Centre.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Childcare & Education or equivalent.
* At least three years of experience working with families and children, including child protection cases.
* Experience in residential settings and supervising staff is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Children Act and Residential Family Centres National Minimum Standards.
