Application Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, especially in primary education.
• Experience working with SEN students or children requiring additional support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, caring attitude and a passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across different classes and settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored 1:1 and group support for students in KS1 and KS2, helping them catch up on missed learning and reach their targets.
• Assist with SEN interventions, ensuring students with additional needs receive the care and support they deserve.
• Support classroom teachers with everyday learning activities, ensuring students remain engaged and motivated.
• Work flexibly across different year groups and educational settings, adapting to the unique needs of each student.
• Help create an inclusive, safe, and stimulating learning environment where all students can thrive.
