This role in Business and Commercial law will be providing essential administrative support to fee earners, ensuring the smooth operation of the team and assisting in the management of a diverse range of property transactions and commercial matters. Duties
* Audio typing to transcribe legal documents, correspondence, and other materials.
* Provide high-level administrative support to fee earners and senior staff members, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings with efficiency.
* Handle Land Registry applications and Stamp Duty processes accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and deadlines.
* Perform standard secretarial tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails and maintaining filing systems.
Knowledge & Experience Required
1. Proven experience as a Real Estate/Commercial Property Secretary or similar role in a legal setting;
2. Able to demonstrate in knowledge and experience in property and conveyancing procedures, including but not limited to drafting legal documents, managing contracts, and liaising with clients, agents, and other stakeholders
3. Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
