The Role:
* Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS3 & KS4).
* Differentiate your teaching to cater to the diverse learning needs of all students.
* Assess student progress effectively and provide timely and constructive feedback.
* Contribute to the development of the Mathematics curriculum and departmental resources.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and enhance teaching and learning.
* Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* A strong academic background in Mathematics.
* Proven experience teaching Mathematics at the secondary level.
* A passion for Mathematics and a commitment to inspiring students.
* Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
