Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum D.O.E
Working hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday 40 hours per week

What you'll do: Assisting Contract Managers, providing smooth and effective administration, the Contract Administrator will liaise with team members to ensure a consistent and professional approach and service.
Principal accountabilities:
1. To assist with the raising of purchase/subcontractor orders as requested by the Contracts Manager, Supervisors and Engineers
2. To assist with the production of operational and monthly reports internally and externally
3. To assist in the preparation of supporting documentation for the purposes of final invoicing
4. To assist in the collation and development of monthly KPI reports on contract activities
5. To compile and distribute data relating to utilities, maintenance work, operational costs and invoicing
6. To assist with the producing and analysing of financial reports
7. To carry out general typing and filing duties as required
8. To compile engineers timesheets and input relevant information onto the Timesheet Database System
9. To respond to client’s Helpdesk requests
10. To assist with emergency requests and administration cover from additional sites
11. To carry out all reasonable tasks that may be requested from time to time by the Operations Manager or Contract Managers.
